Please allow 5-7 days for processing. Items cannot be added to your order once placed. You will need to make a separate order. We ship USPS and UPS. USPS sometimes experiences delays. If your order has not arrived, please contact the shipping provider. International orders may take longer to arrive as they have to process through customs. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

We will email you a return label to return your product in the original package. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will not be issued until we receive the product and inspect it for damages etc.. Once we issue your refund, it may take 7-10 business days for you banking institution to process your refund.
