Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 day window. We will email you a return label to return your product in the original package. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the original shipping cost, along with a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will not be issued until we receive the product and inspect it for damages etc.. Once we issue your refund, it may take 7-10 business days for you banking institution to process your refund.
