    Please allow 5-7 days for processing. We ship USPS and UPS. USPS sometimes experiences delays. If your order has not arrived, please contact the shipping provider. International orders may take longer to arrive as they have to process through customs. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

  • RETURNS

    We will email you a return label to return your product in the original package. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will not be issued until we receive the product and inspect it for damages etc.. Once we issue your refund, it may take 7-10 business days for you banking institution to process your refund.

Meet The Owners

Kayla's Krafts LLC is proud to be family owned and operated. We are located in the United States in the great state of Kentucky. Were from a little town in western Kentucky called Paducah. Kayla started crocheting plushies in 2020 and soon realized that her new hobby was more than just a hobby. We offer a number of items from crochet hooks, safety eyes, and high quality polyester yarn. We created Knotty Ball Yarn in 2023 and hope to continue to grow our small business. Kayla is the one with all the wild ideas but Sean helps with the logistics of the business.
